Loving yourself even when you are not truly yourself transforms your heart.

Loving others when they do not show you love grows your heart.

Loving your creator especially through the ugly, the bad, and as well, the good is a heart full of gratitude.

Loving what God gives you today and always, the “perfect gift of a heart” is loving by treating it so well you want to share it with everyone you meet.

Loving in action is loving God, self, and other people; and yes, this does your heart real good!

Now, loving - not just at Christmas time, but all times, loving is the best gift of life!

GIVE what I want!

A Love letter to my LOVE!

First, just what do I want? 

OK, I want to be listened to – not just hearing sounds coming from my mouth.  Yes, yes there is a difference in hearing what is said and listening from your heart to “get the meaning” from my heart.  Can we share to be sure, what is expressed is what is meant?  Now, do I listen attentively for the REAL message?

I want to know there is love, even if we are not having a loving moment.  How this is done?  Let me know the love is there.  Do not layer hurt on hurt with insensitive words, gestures, etc., that marinate deep in the soul.  Do I guard my scuffle words and actions?

I want to know you are proud of me.  Of course, I fall short with my perfectly imperfections.  But to know deep within, you still see an ideal (for you) soul.  Do I let you know, you are still my hero?

I want love, care, tenderness and respect at all times from my significant other.  Now, here is the hard question.  Do I give these wants as unconditionally as I want them?

The phrase, GIVE what I want!  A quest to look within, not just for what I want, but also to search deep for what I give you, my love.

HAPPINESS is…letting go!

Think about this – what do we hold on to?

We hold tight to hurt, anger, annoyances and a host of other nuisances that stifle and tangle our spirit.

Now, what do we get from this tight and firm holding on?

·         We get stress (pressure, anxiety, worry, trauma, and drama)

·         We get satisfaction from holding onto our discomfort

·         We get to feel justly indignant

·         We get to feel vindicated if the discomfort originated from someone else

·         And, yes, yes, we get so much more…

Let no one; let nothing rob you of your spirit.

Let IT GO! If it bothers your inner peace – let it go now!

OK, can we say --- Happiness may be … simply, letting go! Choose to pull out the good from the situation (yes, the good is there if you look for it), and let go the bad!

I Choose to see God!

My Most Cherished Possession!

I realize the more times I move the more stuff I leave behind.

My first thought is one of sadness.

But then I realize this is a good thing.

The stuff left behind perhaps served its purpose and;

it is now my time to let it go.

Welcome another move.

My opportunity to leave more stuff behind.

Whatever the move or how many;

I am holding tight to my most cherished possession.

GOD left it in my custody.

I will honor GOD by embracing and sharing this,

but I will never leave this possession behind.

This, my most cherished possession is the greatest gift I have ever received.

This is the gift of My Heart - a gift from God!
