Good Morning God!

You are ushering in another day –

One, untouched and freshly new.

So here I am to ask you, God, if you’ll renew me too.

Please forgive the many faults I made yesterday.

And let me try again - to walk closer – your way.

Because I am well aware;

I can’t make it on my own.

So, please take my hand and hold it tight –

That way I won’t look back,

And

I know I do not walk alone.
